Real Dads Network

Real Dads Network’s mission is to strengthen the institution of the family by empowering fathers. We support fathers in becoming more engaged, responsible, and confident parents by providing education, resources, and community-based programming that promotes family stability, child well-being, and healthier communities.

Real Dads Network is a New York City–based nonprofit dedicated to strengthening families by empowering fathers. For over 20 years, we have worked to shift the narrative around fatherhood—particularly Black and fatherhood—by uplifting and supporting fathers as engaged, responsible parents and community leaders.

Through community-based programming, education, and health and wellness outreach, we create welcoming spaces where fathers can build skills, confidence, and meaningful connections with their children, families, and one another. Guided by our values of empowerment and community, Real Dads Network believes that when fathers are supported, families and communities thrive.
