World Monuments Fund

World Monuments Fund is dedicated to protection and advocacy of historic sites around the world Since 1965, WMF has assisted more than 600 sites in 100 countries through partnerships with local communities, government agencies, and project partners. The World Monuments Watch, launched in 1996, is an international call-to-action, issued every two years, that brings greater attention to those treasured sites in need of improved protection, conservation, and advocacy. WMF is based in New York City.
