Transitions Mental Health Association

Transitions–Mental Health Association (TMHA) is a private, nonprofit agency dedicated to helping children and adults live, work and grow in the communities within San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. TMHA designs, develops and operates highly effective programs and services that give opportunities to at-risk youth and disabled adults and seniors. We strive to help our clients be defined by their strengths, gifts and contributions to society, not by their illnesses or difficulties. We have been part of the community since 1954.
