Missão
We empower mothers fighting for the economic stability of their families while entangled in the foster care or criminal legal system through three free primary programs: know-your-rights workshops, legal referrals and consultations, and support for community organizing and advocacy.
Sobre Nós
We started by supporting moms who were seeking to get on their feet after incarceration with know your rights workshops and now we also:
1. support moms in telling their stories about needed changes in policies that affect their financial well being
2. seek to build up a mutual aid program to mothers setting up new households
3. give mothers legal consultation and referrals on matters that affect their income
