We believe that every child, no matter their background, deserves access to quality learning, a safe environment, and the chance to dream big. Through our English Medium Pre and Primary School in Mirerani, we create a nurturing space where children grow not only in knowledge, but in confidence, creativity, and compassion.

Our Work

Founded by a former Tanzanite miner who invested his life savings into building a school from the ground up, BlueTanzanite is a registered nonprofit dedicated to:

• Providing free, high-quality education at BlueTanzanite English Medium Pre and Primary School
• Supporting orphans and vulnerable children with meals, uniforms, and learning materials
• Creating a safe, nurturing environment with clean water, sanitation, and green spaces
• Mobilizing local and international volunteers to teach, mentor, and inspire
• Promoting sustainable development and community empowerment

Our Impact

Since our founding, we’ve:

• Built ten classroom blocks, a kitchen, toilets, water infrastructure, and an administration office
• Enrolled dozens of children who would otherwise lack access to education
• Hosted volunteers from around the world to share knowledge and culture
• Maintained full transparency in our finances and operations
