Baltimore Mental Health Systems is a non-profit quasi-governmental organization responsible for the administration of mental health services in Baltimore, Maryland overseeing a fiscal year budget of $22 million. Our mission is to develop and manage a system of care in which all Baltimore City residents have access to high quality public mental health services.
