Peirce College’s graduate programs prepare students for leadership positions across the nonprofit spectrum. We offer degrees in Organizational Leadership & Management, Healthcare Administration, and Higher Education Leadership. We also offer graduate certificates in Nonprofit Leadership, Operations Management, and Higher Education Leadership. Our programs feature a blend of coursework, research and practical experience to propel graduates forward in their careers.

Plus, our master's degree programs hold true to our mission of serving the needs of adult learners seeking advancement through educational opportunities. We offer courses both online and on campus in Center City Philadelphia (but are exclusively online during the pandemic).
