Gardner Organizations: Are community established, staffed and focused health care organizations. Dedicated to improving the health status of Latino, Asian/Pacific Islander and other low and moderate-income communities in Santa ClaraCounty.
Our Mission: Is to provide high quality, culturally competent, affordable, primary and behavioral medical care, educational, prevention and advocacy services through two affiliated nonprofits, Gardner Family Health Network (GFHN) and Gardner Family Care Corporation (GFCC) -- sharing one board, one management team and one vision.
