The Local Development Corporation of East New York (LDCENY) is a non-profit 501c3 economic development organization founded in 1979. The LDCENY delivers entrepreneurial training and counseling, industrial retention and services, and affordable housing services to East Brooklyn businesses and residents. By providing comprehensive services, the LDCENY has successfully built a stable business environment and assisted thousands of community residents acheive the goals of empowering our communty through business development and retention. The Women's Brooklyn Enterprise Center delivers entrepreneurial training through business workshops and seminars, business converences and one-on-one counseling.
