Family Promise of Bristol is a nonprofit organization committed to helping low-income families achieve lasting independence. Our networks of congregations and volunteers meet homeless families' immediate needs for shelter, meals, and comprehensive support services.
Family Promise is a national organization that with local Family Promise programs located across the United States. The Interfaith Hospitality program of Family Promise provides opportunity for congregations to respond to the needs of families and children who are homeless. This hospitality provides a place where families are welcomed at night by participating congregations and a day center during the day for finding and developing resources for families to live independently again.
