Prostate Health Education Network

PHEN's primary mission is to increase prostate health education and awareness. PHEN's working philosophy is that "Knowledge is the best defense against prostate cancer." The organization has a focus on men at the highest risk for prostate cancer in the United States; African Americans and men with a family history. Eliminating the African American prostate cancer disparity is a priority goal. PHEN's mission also includes advocacy efforts to increase the overall support and resources to wage a war on prostate cancer that will eventually lead to a cure for the disease.
