Summits Education

Summits Education is establishing a model school district in Haiti’s Central Plateau. We believe that access to quality education is a human right. We work in partnership with the public and private sectors to raise the standards of education across Haiti and provide a path out of poverty for some of the world’s most vulnerable children.

Summits manages a network of 42 primary schools in Haiti’s Central Plateau comprised of 10,000 students, and provides ongoing training for 345 teachers and administrators. In addition, Summits is currently building a college-preparatory school for 300 high-performing students which will double as a center for teacher and administrator development. Summits is harnessing the power of education to foster transformation in Haiti through the creation of world-class schools and a collaborative capacity building program designed to affect systemic change.
