North Bay Jobs with Justice

North Bay Jobs with Justice (NB JwJ) is an alliance of more than 25 labor, community, student, and faith-based organizations building a new labor movement led by low-wage workers, immigrants, people of color, youth and women. In the face of rampant inequality, NBJwJ is fighting for an equitable regional economy based on good living wage jobs, affordable housing, the right to organize a union, and corporate accountability. We believe all workers should have meaningful say in their working conditions and the support and resources needed to thrive in their communities. We accomplish this by building grassroots, direct-action campaigns to support workers, passing and strengthening local policy, and providing accessible information to low-wage workers on labor and immigrant rights.
