Silicon Valley Food Rescue

Silicon Valley Food Rescue is an initiative of Joint Venture Silicon Valley. The County of Santa Clara has contracted with Joint Venture Silicon Valley to create an umbrella food rescue system, designed to divert food surplus from landfill to agencies who provide food to those in need. Silicon Valley Food Rescue Initiative brings together stakeholders from government, non-profits and corporations to develop this county-wide system.
