Songs in the Key of Free

Songs in the Key of Free is a nonprofit that challenges mass incarceration through collaborative arts practice. We bring accomplished musicians into prisons to collaborate in creating albums celebrating the humanity and dignity of those who are incarcerated. Our aim is to create a community founded in love and justice that lifts up every one of us and also makes a powerful and sustaining intervention in the way Americans view those who are incarcerated.
