Sojourner House at Pathstone

Sojourner House at Pathstone serves women and children in need by providing shelter, structure, strength, and inspiration to families that are ready to embrace change and willing to begin to lead responsible and meaningful lives. Sojourner House offers a continuum of care which begins with sheltering the homeless and in most cases ends with a stabilized family flourishing in a supportive living environment. The housing services and life skills training programs at Sojourner House allow women to work toward education and employment goals and deal with issues, such as substance abuse or mental illness, that have prevented them from achieving stability in the past.
