Arise NYC

ARISE NYC is a New York City–based nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved youth, supporting seniors, uplifting women, and strengthening families through access to essential resources and community-driven support.

Our mission is rooted in dignity, equity, and long-term impact. We address urgent needs such as food insecurity and lack of basic necessities while building sustainable, culturally responsive programs that support individuals and families across generations.

ARISE NYC was founded to address both immediate community needs and long-term pathways to stability and empowerment for individuals and families across New York City. Rooted in compassion and equity, ARISE NYC serves youth, seniors, women, and families by providing access to essential resources, educational opportunities, and supportive programming designed to strengthen communities from within.

Our work responds to urgent challenges such as food insecurity, lack of basic necessities, social isolation, and limited access to supportive services. Through community food and clothing drives, resource distributions, and outreach initiatives, ARISE NYC ensures individuals receive critical support in times of need while preserving dignity and respect.

Beyond emergency relief, ARISE NYC is committed to building sustainable, culturally responsive programs that promote long-term growth and intergenerational connection. Our programming focus includes youth mentorship and life-skills development, support services and resources for women and families, intergenerational engagement between youth and seniors, and community education initiatives that foster resilience and opportunity.
