We connect children with their incarcerated mothers through the power of literature. Mothers record stories for their children, then we mail the recordings and books to the children, wherever they live. Mothers sign up for a 4 month program. They qualify through good behavior, ability to contact their children and having children between the ages of 0 and 14. Mothers maintain the good behavior for the entire length of the program.
