English Language Ministry

The mission of the English Language Ministry (ELM) is to provide quality English as a Second Language instruction to non-English speaking adults, primarily women, in the East Dallas area in order to promote responsible self-sufficiency. To facilitate attendance and assist young children in learning English, ELM offers free childcare for students’ children ages three and under.
