  • Missão

The goal of the Henry Cluster STEMM Foundation is to increase the level of engagement and academic achievement in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, music, and the arts among students of the Patrick Henry High neighborhood schools by creating experiences that are relevant to their career development and personal interests.

    Sobre Nós

The Henry Cluster STEMM Foundation was established to promote awareness of, and interest and participation in, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, music and the arts by the students in the Patrick Henry Cluster: Marvin, Foster, Green, Gage, Benchley-Weinberger, Hearst, Dailard, and Hardy Elementary Schools, Lewis and Pershing Middle Schools, Patrick Henry High School, and neighborhood private schools.

The Foundation will work towards this goal in four ways:

    • Supporting the schools’ K-12 STEMM programs by allocating fiscal, material, and human resources
    • Honoring and celebrating Cluster students and staff through regularly planned awards and recognitions
    • Promoting unity and cohesiveness of the schools within the Cluster
    • Engaging the greater community in identifying, developing, and fostering partnerships and connections with local businesses and agencies

The Foundation activities are coordinated by volunteer board members and committee chairs, and are intended to supplement programs already in place at the schools. We work in tandem with parent-teacher organizations, staff, and administrators to best serve the needs of the individual school communities, and serve as a central point of contact between the schools, so they can coordinate their programs with each other.
