OIC International (OICI) is a non-profit organization headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. OICI’s mission is to alleviate poverty by building self-reliance through workforce development. Since 1970, OICI has been implementing programs that invigorate local economies, both rural and urban, by developing its workforce. OICI programs are comprehensive and aim to give individuals the knowledge and tools they need to build sustainable futures for themselves, their families and their communities

Organizational Use of Goods and Funds
The clothing collected and funding generated from this initiative will be used to meet the market demand for skilled labor in the retail sector. We will provide hands-on train in our own stores and place students into other retail sector demand driven jobs. We will reinvigorate our local affiliates by enhancing our curriculum and training materials, upgrading our equipment and machinery, and renovating and expanding training centers throughout our entire affiliate network.
