The mission of the WVNPA is to seek to strengthen non-profit organizations individually and the sector as a whole, by catalyzing innovation, fostering a collective voice, and increasing the reputation and influence of the non-profit sector in West Virginia. The Executive Director will be responsible for the organization's success by providing strategic, operational, ethical, and inspirational leadership consistent with the mission, values, policies, applicable laws and regulations, and contractual obligations of WVNPA.
