Our mission is to help Black, Latino and economically disadvantaged boys develop the character, discipline, habits, mindset and skills to achieve success in spite of the inequities in education and in society laid bare by the COVID pandemic. We're led by a 45-year attorney and sports industry pioneer who's gripped and driven by what he knows is possible for the boys we serve. We currently serve 175 target boys who attend school in Long Beach, CA and surrounding communities on a year-round and multi-year basis starting in middle school
