The purpose of Inova Health System’s Office of Continuing Medical Education (OCME) is to support the Inova Health System commitment to “improve the health of the diverse community we serve through excellence in patient care, education, and research.” This is accomplished by creating and facilitating the highest quality, evidence-based, educational opportunities to advance physician competence, enhance practice performance, improve patient safety, and cultivate lifelong learning.
