Horizons for Youth is an emergency shelter for homeless and at-risk youth between the ages of 16-24 years old. We provide emergency accommodations and support programs for up to 45 youth each day. Our mission is to shelter, prepare, and guide at-risk youth to be contributing community members. Horizons for Youth offers a multitude of services and workshops related to housing, employment, education, mental health & addictions, anger management, and self-care. Each resident of Horizons for Youth works one-on-one with a Case Manager to set goals and create an action plan to reach these goals and transition to independent living.
