Our Vision is to improve the lives of disadvantaged job seekers with workforce education, entrepreneurial guidance, startup direction, workforce training and job placement that will together create a strong economy for individuals and communities. Our organization may not be where we want to be, but we know where we are headed so we are working daily to position ourselves to be able to provide the tools and services that our community lacks & so desires.

PURPOSE

To strive to assist Michigan disadvantaged and/or distressed job seekers with an approach which aims to address the basic needs to put them on a career path to success. As well as to partner with communities, employers, employees and job seekers to educate, employ and train while managing the process through our Public Employment Tracking System (PETS) software to build a solid Michigan working economy. While in the process of contributing to Michigan’s economy we will also provide focus to areas such as the rebuilding, improving and maintaining neglected and or damaged communities through various projects.
