Missão
MISSION: “Love More for Julius” is determined to use the power of music a creative outlet to prevent drug use and heal addiction. By creating music rooms, implementing music therapy programs, and hosting sober music oriented events, creative expression and joy will be brought to the community. Under the influence of music, one can truly express themselves and heal.
Sobre Nós
GOALS:
1) Provide safe, sober, supportive environments where creative expression can be pursued
-Build music rooms (in recovery high schools, sober living homes, community centers, etc.)
2) Plan fun activities for individuals at risk or in recovery to instill some joy & happiness into their lives.
-Organize sober, music-related events such as open-mic nights, karaoke nights, & concerts!
3) Provide a healthy outlet for emotional expression
-Implement music therapy into recovery programs (ex: song & lyric composition, song analysis, drum circles...)
We are confident that all of the above will aid in the prevention and recovery process.
