The Medical Foundation is spearheading the creation and development of a Dorchester Youth Peer Leader Network (PLN) which will offer leadership trainings and encourage youth decision making in building unity between Dorchester youth organizations around substance abuse prevention. The PLN will provide a space to share resources and partner in community event planning
