Anyone with a substantial presence in the United States is automatically considered a resident of the US. All residents, including those who are undocumented, are required to abide by federal tax laws. Therefore, it is incredibly important for all residents, including resident aliens, to file their taxes, as it is often used as proof of good moral character. We aim to assist undocumented residents to pay these taxes to the IRS in an effort to help these individuals eventually gain the immigration benefits they need.
