Washington Studio School’s (WSS) mission is to teach the visual language and the skills essential to developing and expressing a personal vision through classes, workshops, exhibitions and programs. WSS serves almost 4,000 District-area residents, welcomes an average of 300 students (and growing), and offers more than 60 free programs to students and the general public annually.
