SCALE Leadership Academy

SCALE Leadership Academy is a establish a K-12 independent and non-classroom based public charter school that sets students on a path to success in high school, college, and beyond.  It is our aim that upon leaving SCALE Leadership Academy, students:  
1. Are prepared to preform at the top levels in their high schools, colleges, and beyond
2. Have obtained an early college and university awareness
3. Will have a motivation to to succeed in all subjects, embracing all academic challenges
4. Have developed a personal commitment to serve as leaders of the 21st century  
We at SCALE Leadership Academy envision an education institution of exceptional academic performance, centered on quality instruction through personal engagement in authentic learning experiences. We at SCALE draw our program from a wide rage of educational research, including learning and instruction, educational psychology, literacy studies, multi-cultural education, and cognitive studies.  Our developmental team is dedicated to providing a learning environment that will produce and prepare well-rounded students for the rapidly changing 21st century spectrums of collegiate, corporate, and beyond.  We at SCALE intend to create and maintain a setting to meet the unique needs of each student as individuals while maintaining academic rigor and relevance to their online learning experiences.
