The Circle Foundation supports several organziations, including the Center On Policy Attitudes (COPA); Program on International Policy Attitudes (PIPA), Program for Public Consultation (PPC); and a new organization known as Voice Of the People (VOP.org); all of which work to improve understanding of public opinion and give the public a greater voice in policymaking.
