Restaurant Opportunities Center of Miami (ROC-Miami) is a member led local restaurant workers' organization that is part of the Restaurant Opportunities Center United; a national organization. ROC Miami was founded in 2009 and has over 500 restaurant worker members. We build power and voice for restaurant workers in three major ways:
