New Horizons, a nonprofit serving special needs adults in the San Fernando Valley for nearly 60 years. We provide services to help adults with special needs fulfill their dreams. New Horizons offers a wide range of services at include: employment services and support, independent living and independent living skills, group housing, and with day treatment services.
