BWM is to help women and girl-child in the rural communities and beyond integrate into society; help women with what ever problems (personal, marital, health wise, familial, vocational, etc.) they are facing; educate men and women and the girl-child about HIV/AIDS-its causes, consequences etc; the role of culture and the role of religion that prohibits; help girls, women and children come up for their basic human rights; reduce hunger and poverty among the rural women and help them emancipate.
