Restart Democracy is a group of concerned citizens who believe that democracy must evolve and who seek to play a role in that process. Working with leading experts, Restart Democracy will research the viability and value of internet voting – answering the questions of when and how internet voting should be pursued.

We do not know the future of internet voting, but Restart Democracy is committed to ensuring that citizens have access to the information that they need to wisely choose the future of their democracy. Given the pressing need to correct the flaws of our democracy and the continuing advance of technological innovation, now is the time to revisit the question of internet voting.
