SCM promotes the independence of seniors and people with disabilities through community-based transportation. Our friendly, safe and reliable services help people maintain healthy, mobile and connected lives.

Twenty-six years old, SCM currently provides more than 9,500 trips a month to our neighbors who need us. In addition to proffering a stellar service, day in and day out, we are determined to find innovative, thoughtful and sustainable ways to support autonomy and quality of life through transportation options.
