Hearts for Homeless

Hearts for Homeless (H4H) is a volunteer team that strives to bring MPPC and the homeless in our area into a community of mutual benefit. With Christ as our guide, we seek to connect the homeless of the Mid-peninsula with year-around community support and services that can help homeless people turn their lives around, and to provide our church family with rewarding opportunities to serve.
