Hamline Midway Coalition is a nonprofit organization and one of Saint Paul's 17 District Councils representing District 11 -- the Hamline Midway neighborhood. HMC develops and supports resident-led initiatives, coordinates participation in public policy decision making, and provides high-quality information to the community on matters of public interest.
