The Martha C. Kinnecom PPC Foundation was created shortly after Martha was diagnosed with primary peritoneal cancer in September 2008. Martha and her family were surprised at the lack of information and resources available on PPC and so decided to make a positive impact on other's lives out of Martha's misfortune. As a family, we established this foundation with hopes to become an online resource for patients and caregivers.
Our mission is to serve as a comprehensive resource support center for people diagnosed with primary peritoneal cancer and their caregivers, and to provide an international symptom awareness campaign of ovarian and peritoneal cancers.
