Reveil International Organisation

Réveil International was legally registered in March 2009 as a Non-Governmental Organisation that promotes world solidarity through the involvement of both Ghanaian and foreign volunteers in developmental projects and inter-cultural exchange programs. First, Réveil International is one of the only NGOs in Ghana that is now incorporating sustainable development issues as an educational focus of its programmes. Secondly, Réveil International has a history of hosting youth volunteers from Ghana and abroad and have placed youth related issues such as HIV Aids, teenage pregnancy and aid to remote schools as a focus to its volunteer programming. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES a)To work with the needy, enabling them to take actions that will improve their lot. b)To promote world solidarity through the involvement of both Ghanaian and foreign volunteers in developmental projects and inter-cultural exchange programmes. c)To recognise and develop the vast potential inherent among the youth towards the creation of a broad youth based network, capable of serving as an outlet for radical social change. d)To support developmental projects and policies that foster the education of children and work in partnership with Health Institutions to provide and improve the healthcare services for children and women, and the general enrichment of communities.
