Romania Animal Rescue, Inc, a United States 501 c 3 charity, established topromote animal welfare in the country of Romania Through funds from donors and foundations, RAR has set up a free spay/neuter contract in the city of Galati, with plans of expansion to Buzau and Braila. RAR also sends skilled veterinarians from the USA and UK to Romania to train numerous vets on pain-free surgical techniques.
