Individuals benefit and communities flourish when older and younger members are connected in meaningful ways. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, Bridges Together is dedicated to uniting children and older adults through community-based programs.

Bridges Together offers award-winning educational programs for children and older adults as well as professional development services for leaders in leaders in schools, senior centers, aging services and other organizations. Designed for easy implementation, our educational programs align with national core standards. Professional development services include workshops, seminars, networking events, webinars, one-on-one coaching, and specialized consulting.
