The CDSN is a non-profit public benefit agency designed to stabilize and professionalize the workforce of those who provide direct service for people with developmental disabilities. The CDSN provides recruitment, retention, training, and HR administrative services to community provider agencies. It is governed by a board of directors that represents consumers and their families, advocates for those with developmental disabilities, community provider agencies and experts in the field.
