Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders (NICHE), a program of NYU College of Nursing, is an international organization designed to help hospitals improve the care of older adults. The NICHE program is comprised of over 530 hospitals including 70 long term care facilities throughout the US, Canada, Bermuda and Singapore.
