LifeSpring In-Home Care

Life Spring Hospice works to provide exceptional in home services to our patient who remain in their homes and in long term care facilities. Our mission includes supporting our elderly and ailing, our communities, and our country through the provision of hospice care in the most cost-effective and desirable setting. To achieve our mission LifeSpring pledges to: honor God in our work, care for our patients as we would care for our own families, serve with clinical excellence, practice with integrity and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and focus on our communities and the needs of their citizens. Volunteers are an essential element of our Hospice Care Team. As a volunteer for LifeSpring hospice, care may be provided in the patients home or in the nursing facility the patient is at. Our hospice volunteers provide a range of services to our patients such as: reading, providing companionship, playing cards, writing letters or e-mails, watching movies, playing the piano, lawn work and giving the family or caregiver a break to take care of personal needs. Here at LifeSprings we are flexible with volunteers' schedules and we do our best to pair the volunteer with a patient that is within the volunteer's geographic range. All it takes is 1-2 hours per week to make a big difference is our patients lives!
