To provide easy access for adults in the Over-the-Rhine area to achieve their literacy and life goals in an environment sensitive to their unique challenges.
Sobre Nós
The OTR Learning Center is entering our 19th year of attacking the global problem of illiteracy locally, amongst the impoverished in the downtown area of Over-the-Rhine (OTR), Cincinnati.
We are excited to announce a Children's Literacy Project, with the aim to make sure all OTR children are reading on grade level by the end of Grade 3.
