Westchester Community Opportunity Program Head Start is a high quality child development program serving families with children from conception to five years old.  We believe all children and families deserve an opportunity to recognize and broaden their strengths in order to achieve their hopes and dreams. We are dedicated to delivering our services in an atmosphere of respect, caring and understanding in which nurturing relationships among children, families, and staff can evolve.  We offer opportunities for parent support, education, and resources to help families gain skills that will enhance the lives of their children.
