The Educated Choices Program educates students and community members about the impact of their food choices, empowering them to make decisions that are consistent with their own values as related to human health, the environment, and animals. By providing factual information from highly respected scientific sources and promoting respectful dialogue, participants are encouraged to think critically about their food choices.
