African Children’s Fund is a small, UK-based charity making a difference to children born into poverty. Our work with grassroots NGO partners in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe in education and children’s rights is making a real difference to the lives of almost 4,000 children every year.
The projects we support are run by local staff who are committed to - and know the needs of - their own communities. Activities range from school feeding, sanitary towel and educational resource distribution programmes, to legal aid and slum dweller education forums promoting children’s rights.
